Last post for Issue and Trend in early childhood education and gratitude...

Early Childhood Education is an ongoing topic internationally. Professionals and educators around the world are beginning to understand the importance of early childhood education more than ever before. There are still countries those have not been able to focus on early childhood field as education for primary children itself is an issue. For examples, in remotes areas of many Asian, African countries not every child has the privilege to attend school. In this way, focus on early childhood education is far away from the goal. However, most developing countries are now focusing on early childhood education field and opening up more child care centers and families awareness programs. For an example, in my own country, Nepal, many Montessori schools are being open and training opportunities for the teachers are available too. 

It is important to know how education systems and setting are different and similar from countries to countries. In this way, we can learn from each other’s culture and make the early life experience more universal and uniformity. Every organizations as well as centers have their own culture and systems that are related to their mission and goals. There are issues as well as differences among all the organizations, schools, childcare centers, etc. As professionals we all need to keep the children as the center of focus as they are the one who are being affected by changes. As cultural being one of the important factors in the early childhood education field, it is important to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels included and happy.

Children are equal in all bases. Either a child suffers in Africa or USA, it is the same as in both case a child is suffering. In this way, it is important to keep our eyes, ears and hands open to children around the world. As one of my goal is to become positive influential in shaping early childhood perspective around the world.
