That was creative to post a you tube video link as a resource. I have used You Tube many times in my trainings with my teachers. It was amazing how many videos I was able to find that related to the topic that I wanted to teach about. I remember one particular training that I did about observations and anecdotal notes with kids. You Tube had a great selection of videos that I could use for that. Thanks for helping me to remember that this can be a great resource in our field for many things.
